What actually is OU? OU = Owners United

Our History ❤️ It started in 2023 from a simple 3am realization: you could find players for your server easily, but finding other owners, builders, devs, hosts, or managers to talk to, learn from, or work with was close to impossible.

OU is open to everyone in the Minecraft server ecosystem who meets basic verification requirements (below). @・Owner ; @・Developer ; @・Builder, @・Artist ; @・Hosting ; @・Manager ; @・Content Creator — if you actually build or run things, you belong here.

As of Feburary 2026, Owners United has over 1,500 Verified Members and 400+ Verified Servers. We keep weekly public user reports for things like scamming, nuking, our database goes back years. There are forums for basically every question or problem you’ll run into, and we use the well-known Sherlock reputation bot so history actually matters. You can talk with everyone, or stick to people who share your role and passions.

There are a lot of servers, they get big and forget to improve things. We didn’t do that. From the beginning, we were the first and the biggest, we continue to make the community better by listening to all our members every day, big and small.
